📜 AutoDeck Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoDeck browser extension and related services (the "Service"), operated by AutoDeck ("AutoDeck," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service
AutoDeck provides tools that allow users to:

- Analyze pricing and vehicle data
- Access market insights and enrichment features
The Service may include both free features and paid features, including credit-based functionality.
AutoDeck may modify or discontinue features at any time.
2. Beta Status

You agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or abuse.
4. Paid Features & Credits (Future Monetization)
AutoDeck may offer paid features through:
- Credit purchases (e.g., purchasing a bundle of credits)
- Subscriptions (if introduced in the future)
Credits:
- May be required to access certain premium features
- May have expiration rules disclosed at purchase
- Are non-transferable
- Are non-refundable unless required by law
AutoDeck reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
5. Informational Use Only
AutoDeck provides vehicle data, pricing analysis, and related insights for informational purposes only.
We do not:
- Provide financial advice
- Guarantee pricing accuracy
- Guarantee vehicle condition
- Guarantee market predictions
Users are solely responsible for:
- Verifying vehicle information independently
- Making purchase decisions
- Conducting due diligence before transactions
AutoDeck shall not be liable for financial losses arising from reliance on the Service.
6. Data Accuracy & Third-Party Services
Vehicle information may be sourced from public listings and third-party data providers.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Timeliness
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
AutoDeck is not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Scrape, reproduce, or resell platform data
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with system integrity
- Circumvent credit or payment systems
Violation may result in termination of access.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, and platform features are owned by AutoDeck.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abuse of the platform
- Fraudulent activity
Users may delete their account at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
If no payment has been made, liability shall not exceed $50.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
